RRV for Immunogenic Suicide Gene Therapy and Immunotherapy in Glioma

This project is investigating whether neo-antigenic mutations contribute to the development of anti-tumor immune responses and long-term survival in RRV gene therapy, and seeking to devise novel translational strategies to activate anti-tumor immunity in glioma models.
